BRD at Mildura

The Beyond Reasonable Drought exhibition will officially open at the Milldura Arts Centre at 6pm on Thursday May 9th.

Entry is free and the images can be viewed between 10am-5pm Monday to Sunday.

Address is 199 Cureton Avenue, Mildura, Victoria.

After his successful practical masterclass at Nathalia, MAPgroup Photographer Dale Mann will endeavour to replicate his results in Mildura.

As part of the exhibition, Dale will run a practical Masterclass in community photography. Photographs taken by participants may be included on the exhibition website.

Booking will be required but the time, date and cost of the Dale Mann Masterclass are yet to be confirmed; for more details, contact the Mildura Arts Centre.

As part of Beyond Reasonable Drought’s visit to Mildura, photographer Dale Mann was invited to photograph people in the community to show how they have responded to the cycle of drought. Dale’s photographs will be displayed on the MAPgroup website as well as the Museum of Australian Democracy’s site from June 2013.
