‘Behind The Wire’ A lucky few get a sneak preview

MAPgroup photographer Susan Gordon-Brown has made a final check of her exhibition ‘Behind The Wire’ by setting it up temporarily at the Box Hill RSL (one of her major sponsors). A lucky few got to see the exhibition before it is packed up to travel to Longreach Qld for its official opening. The images are to be accompanied by storyboards of interviews Susan made with the Vietnam Vets when she photographed them over the last three years.  Some of the storyboards are laugh out loud whereas others are quite sobering and touching. The stories of these men and women reveal the effects of serving in a war can have on our servicemen and women.

Set upon low chairs is not the best position to view images and read stories and yet they did.
